Overview

Finastra provides market-leading software solutions for Lending, Payments, Treasury and Capital Markets, Universal Banking, and an open innovation platform for banks, fintechs, and non-banks to connect and collaborate. I led the redesign of the Quick Loan Repricing (QLR) flow for Finastra’s LoanIQ product, a large-scale project encompassing around 16,000 screens. This was part of a Proof of Concept (POC), where we aimed to show Finastra how the redesign could enhance their banking experience.

Research

For the Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Led the modernization of the Quick Loan Repricing (QLR) flow for Finastra’s LoanIQ in a Proof of Concept (POC).

  • Collaborated with key stakeholders (Loan Servicing Officers, Managers) to understand and map their workflows.

  • Conducted research to identify user pain points and opportunities for enhancing platform navigation.

  • Designed a user-friendly, customizable solution that maintained familiarity for long-time users.

  • Ensured minimal disruption and a low learning curve to support seamless adoption of the new design
